When does my listing go live?
After an admin approves it. Until then it stays in your account as awaiting approval.
Do you take the deposit?
No. You talk and pay directly with the advertiser.
How do I ask about a property?
Open WhatsApp on the listing. The draft message includes the listing code and link. Or call the number shown.
Which areas are covered?
Suwayda governorate for now: the city, towns and villages in search. Admins can add a governorate, area or property type.
Why is ownership required?
So a visitor can see whether the claim is a green title, a court ruling, a power of attorney, or shares. The guide explains each.
How do I save a listing?
Use the heart after you log in. Saved homes appear under Favorites.
I am a brokerage. Do I get a page?
Yes. Choose brokerage when you sign up and enter the office name. Published listings gather on your broker page.
How do I report a listing?
At the bottom of the property page, pick a reason. It reaches the admin with the listing code.
